Notice and permission
Event registration or visible on-site notices should explain photography or recording, intended publication channels and how to raise a concern. Individual written consent is obtained for interviews, portraits, testimonials, private settings or other contexts where group-event notice is insufficient.
Use, captions and integrity
Approved media may be used in PERKESA’s website, reports, social channels, presentations and programme communications. Captions should identify the correct date, location and activity, avoid misleading implications and use partner identities only with approval.
Children, sensitive settings and rights
Identifiable children require appropriate parent or guardian consent. Sensitive operational, security, personal or commercially confidential information must be reviewed before publication. Copyright and photographer attribution requirements must also be recorded.
Withdrawal and removal requests
A person appearing in PERKESA media may request review or future removal by identifying the item and reason to the Secretariat. PERKESA will assess the request promptly; withdrawal may not require recall of material already lawfully printed or distributed, but future digital use will be reviewed.
