Required approval
Written permission should identify the approved name or logo, permitted pages and context, duration, brand rules, required attribution and an authorised contact. A general meeting, photograph or public reference does not automatically authorise logo use.
Evidence record
A public collaboration record should include the organisation, country, engagement type, date, approved visual, PERKESA’s role, documented outcome and related announcement or memorandum where available.
No implied endorsement
Display of a name or logo records only the relationship and context authorised by its owner. It must not imply wider endorsement, exclusivity, procurement status, regulatory approval or government recognition.
Correction, expiry and removal
Permissions should be reviewed when their agreed term expires. Rights holders may request correction or removal through the Secretariat. PERKESA will record the request, verify authority and document the resulting action.
