Information and sources
PERKESA collects the contact, organisation, membership, event and enquiry information you submit. Security and administration records may include submission time, consent version, reference number, browser information and IP address. PERKESA does not knowingly request sensitive personal data through general website forms.
Purposes and choices
Information is used to answer enquiries, assess membership interest, administer programmes, maintain consent and governance records, prevent misuse and manage requested communications. Required fields are identified in each form. Marketing communications require a separate choice and may be declined at any time. PERKESA does not sell personal data.
Disclosure, transfers and security
Access is restricted to authorised PERKESA representatives and service providers required for email, hosting, security or communications. A provider may process data outside Malaysia; where this occurs, PERKESA will use appropriate contractual and security safeguards. No public member, applicant or partner details are published without verification and permission.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access or correction, withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, ask about retention or raise a privacy concern by contacting kwsbmetals.my@gmail.com. PERKESA may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing, and records may be retained where required for governance, security or legal obligations.
