Eligibility and verification
Applicants must provide complete and accurate organisation, ownership and contact information. PERKESA may request registration, licensing, compliance, insurance, business or identity records and may verify them with lawful sources.
Approval and fees
Membership is subject to PERKESA’s constitution, applicable category criteria and an authorised written approval process. Fees, payment dates, benefits, renewal and voting rights are confirmed separately. Payment or submission alone does not guarantee approval.
Conduct, suspension and termination
Members are expected to act lawfully, ethically and consistently with applicable safety, environmental, trade and industry requirements. Misrepresentation, non-payment or serious non-compliance may result in review, suspension or termination under PERKESA’s approved governance process.
Benefits and opportunities
Membership may provide access to representation, information, programmes and introductions, but does not guarantee tenders, contracts, permits, government approval, market access or commercial outcomes.
Directory, communications and changes
A member profile, logo or contact detail is published only after verification and permission. Members must keep their details current and may manage communication preferences through the Secretariat. PERKESA may update programme benefits and operational procedures with reasonable notice.
